When I say “just” millennial things, I’m lying.
Yep, I’m a liar.
Rough start, eh?
For the sake of clarity, I’d like to state that very few things are “just” millennial things and if I tried to write a blog on those “just” portions, the effort would be rather short-lived.
The issues millennials face are the same issues the other generations have faced; they’re just framed a little differently for us.
Other generation – “I had to walk 3 miles to school each day to get to my class.”
Millennial – “I have to pay $60 a month so that I have wifi for my online class.”
Both generations struggled with making it to class, just in different ways.
Now that I’m back to life with a cellular device, I’m having trouble leaving behind my anti-phone coping mechanism:
Although my topics will be less sequential, I’ll be taking the time to write about issues faced by everyone while putting special emphasis on the way millennials are affected.
Life is hard.
We get it.
I’m just here to write it down.
